We help businesses fix processes that aren't working well.

We work with New Zealand and Australian small and medium-sized businesses to understand what is happening, find the cause of problems, and make practical improvements that work better for customers, employees and the business.

If operations feel harder than they should, there is usually a process cause.

The visual argument

Friction is usually visible in the path, not the outcome.

When work slows, repeats, or needs rescuing, the process has already told you where to look. The first step is to make that path visible.

Customer complaints you cannot trace

You hear the pain, but cannot pinpoint where the process breaks. Dashboard numbers and customer experience do not match.

Improvements that do not stick

You have already tried fixes: new tools, team changes, outside support. Within months the same issues return.

Growth broke what used to work

What worked with five people does not work with fifty. Handoffs that were once simple now create delays and dropped work.

How the methodology works

Six stages. Every engagement follows the same evidence-first sequence, scaled to fit the problem.

A practical engagement path

Start with evidence, then scale only when the problem warrants it.

From evidence to action

The work leaves a clear trail.

First we make the operating reality visible. Then we turn the evidence into a practical decision and a change the team can carry forward.

01
Understand the problem

Make the operating reality visible.

Observe the work, trace the friction, and establish what is actually happening before a recommendation is made.

02
Plan the improvement

Define the next move.

Use the evidence to set a practical boundary, clear ownership, a sequence, and a decision the business can commit to.

03
Align the decision

Help the change land.

Bring the finding, recommendation, and first step into one shared view for the people who need to act.

What makes this different

01

Fixed price, always.

You know what you are paying before work starts. No day rates, no hourly billing, no invoices that arrive larger than expected.

02

CX-first approach.

We start with the customer experience because that is where the pain is most visible. But we trace it back to the process behind it, so the fix addresses the root cause.

03

Evidence before opinion.

We do not interview people about what they think happens. We watch the real work. The diagnosis is built on what we see, not what we are told.

04

Built for NZ SMEs.

Built from the ground up for businesses with 20 to 200 people in New Zealand and Australia. The methodology, pricing, and engagement model are designed specifically for SMEs, not adapted from enterprise consulting.

Commercial clarity from day one

No day rates, no hourly billing, and no undefined consulting scope.

  • Every engagement maps to one of five defined service offers.
  • Fixed price with clear inclusions and boundaries before work starts.
  • Recommendations tied to observed evidence, not opinion or slideware.

How does your pricing work?

Every service is fixed price, with scope defined up front. Standard terms are 50% on start and 50% on completion. You will know what is included before work begins.

What type of business is this best suited to?

The work is designed for New Zealand and Australian SMEs, usually around 20 to 200 staff, where customer experience is being impacted by process friction. It is most useful when leadership is ready to make practical changes.

Do you work onsite, remotely, or both?

Both. Delivery can be onsite, remote, or hybrid depending on the engagement and where observation access is strongest. The priority is seeing real work clearly so recommendations are evidence-based.

How long does each engagement usually take?

Typical ranges are one day for a Sprint Audit, one to two weeks for a Health Diagnostic, three to six weeks for Rapid Process Improvement, and two to three weeks for Governance Setup. Advisory retainers run monthly.
